Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be ready for collection or delivery within 14 days from the date of purchase. Interstate delivery times may vary. Delivery dates can be affected if Xevalia experience delays in its supply chains.
All deliveries are made by external shipping or freight companies and are priced on location. Deliveries are quoted at cost price and is paid at the time or purchase. Once products leave the Xevalia warehouse delivery fees are non refundable.
Customer must inspect products immediately upon receipt and must notify Xevalia within 24 hours of any defects or damage. If our customer sights damaged products when they are receiving the delivery they have the right not to accept the delivery and have the product delivered back to the Xevalia warehouse.
All notifications must be sent within 24 hours of receipt to Xevalia by email to: contact@xevalia.com accompanied by photos of the damage or defects or Xevalia reserves the right to reject the claim.
