Returns And Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority so we offer a “Change of Mind” policy as well as a “Returns or Exchange” policy.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS POLICY
- Xevalia must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the products of the Change Of Mind.
- Notification must be made by email to: contact@xevalia.com
- The customer is responsible for all transport costs associated with change of mind in returning the products to our warehouse at: Xevalia 6 George Street, Tyabb 3913 Victoria.
- Xevalia reserves the right to reject the Change of Mind claim should there be damage to the product which would prevent the product from being on sold or should the product require repairs.
Please Note : As teak is a natural timber and all natural wood products have a tendency to shrink, expand and move over time which may, on occasion, cause some cracking. As such, cracking is a natural process and is not considered a product defect or failure.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Xevalia fully complies with all Warranty and Refund requirements as set out by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. For reference please see:
- Xevalia must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the products if our customer is seeking a return or exchange the product.
- Such notification must be made by email to: contact@xevalia.com
- Return or exchange of products will only be considered for any products damaged in transit or for any manufacturing defects or faults.
- All claims for refund or exchange must be assessed by Xevalia before approval. Customers may be required to submit photos of any damage or defects or faults.
- Transport costs of returning the products will initially be borne by the customer and will be refuded in full by Xevalia once the claim has been approved.
- All products being returned or exchanged are to be shipped to our warehouse at: Xevalia 6 George Street, Tyabb 3913 Victoria.
